Craziest fangirling moment eh? I think it'd have to be slipping on the stairs while flailing about something.

Interlude 1 - Detention
I walked into the half-empty classroom about five minutes before the late bell would ring and see my friends holding a pile of detention slips in their hands while looking through them. I’m in Chinese 3CP, first period, and today is Tuesday.
Over a week ago, the Chinese teacher decided that all except three of our homework assignments for the chapter must be completed and turned in by Monday, also known as yesterday. If we had more than three missing, we would get a detention.
I had 7 homework assignments left to do and finished 4 of them yesterday during classwork/homework time, the time when the teacher is over on the other side of the room teaching the four Chinese 4CP students. I had finished four the assignments yesterday and turned them in into the Chinese 3 bin before class had ended.
“Hey, you have a detention slip!”
What? How can that be? I already turned in everything except three. “Jimmy.” He took my homework out of the bin to copy!
I looked down at my detention slip. It had a ‘2’ marked in the number of detentions. Two? I asked the guy next to me how many he had for not completing the homework and he told me only one.
“Hey LaoShi*, I turned my homework in yesterday.”
“No you didn’t.”
“Yes I did.”
“It wasn’t in the bin.” Well of course not, Jimmy took it out to copy without my knowledge or permission!
“I don’t know what happened to it.” I can’t just reveal that Jimmy is cheating! He would deny it. And the teacher would believe him anyway.
“I took everything out yesterday and counted.”
“Look, I don’t know what happened, but it’s in there now somehow. I did four out of my seven assignments, ask Jesse! He helped me on them yesterday.”
“I don’t believe you.”
“I did them, I swear!”
“Well, if you did four and are still missing three, you still have one detention.” What? JZ has three missing and he doesn’t get a detention!”
“I thought that detention is only assigned when there is more than three missing.”
“No, this is fair.”
“...Alright.”
This is so NOT fair! That teacher hates me! She is still giving me a detention even though others have the same amount missing and they don’t have any kind of punishment! For the other people who detention, I hear her telling them to talk to her. When I had asked her about my detention, she just brushed me off!
She never believes me and always thinks I’m lying. Why!? Why does she always treat me like this?!?

-------Ugg. I have totally failed to capture the hurt emotion he, the person, felt in this situation! Btw, this is based on a real event. I've used my memories of what happened today in Chinese class to write this. He looked and sounded really upset during the conversation.
It's NaNoWriMo, I need to write more. Soooo, even though I have writer's block, I'm going to try and write something (preferably w/ a bit of angst) every day.
Oh and this is considered a interlude because "Perspectives" should actually be ficlets from my perspective on something random, and with a kinda gloomy tone. But I can't think of anything and this is a perfect little thing to write up so... yeah.
